Ingredients

1 lemon (s)
1 teaspoon honey
200 ml mineral water
possibly ginger, freshly grated

Instructions

Halve and squeeze the lemon. Pour the juice into a glass and top up with ice-cold mineral water.
Stir in a spoonful of honey (a little more or less depending on your taste) and then season with freshly grated ginger.
