Ingredients
- 450 g flour, type 405
- 400 ml buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (bicarbonate soda, baking soda)

- Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix carefully with a dough hook (food processor, hand mixer). Finally knead briefly by hand. Shape a loaf of bread and cut it in the middle. The bread can be baked in a loaf pan or just on baking paper.
