Ingredients
- 1 ½ liter mineral water
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- 10 lemon balm leaves

- Put about 1/4 liter of sparkling water in the jug. Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix everything well.
- Add the rest of the water and stir again. Pluck the lemon balm and sprinkle it on the lemonade. Stir again briefly.
- Pour the soda into 4 large cups and place a lemon wedge on the rim for decoration.
- If you want, you can add a few more ice cubes.
