- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 liter boiling water

- Pluck the lemon balm, squeeze the lemon and put both in a large container. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, add more if you like, and 1 liter of boiling water.
- Then just let it stand for a while and enjoy. I like it best when it is lukewarm, with ice cubes it is a delicious substitute for iced tea in summer.
