Ingredients
- 4 liters water, boiled (cold)
- 4 kg sugar
- 5 lemon (s), sliced
- 100 g citric acid
- 1 bunch lemon balm
- some mint

- Mix water with sugar and citric acid until everything is dissolved. Add the herbs and lemons and stir. Let everything stand for 48 hours, stir frequently, strain and fill into bottles.
- Diluted with tap or mineral water, it is a cheap and healthy soft drink.
