Ingredients
- 8 slices sandwich toast
- 8 slices Emmentaler
- 24 slices bacon, mixed
- some clarified butter

- Place 2 slices of Emmentaler (or any other cheese) between 2 slices of toast.
- Wrap a total of 6 slices of mixed bacon in an overlapping package.
- Fry each side (including the 4 sides) in a coated pan with a little fat until crispy.
- Green salad goes best with it.
