- Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and margarine. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with red jam. The jam should cover the whole dough nicely.
- Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, fold in hazelnuts or coconut flakes. Spread on the jam.
