Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 130 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 130 g mararine

For covering:

  • Jam, red
  • 6 egg whites
  • 300 g suar
  • 300 g hazelnuts or coconut flakes
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and margarine. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush with red jam. The jam should cover the whole dough nicely.
  4. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, fold in hazelnuts or coconut flakes. Spread on the jam.
  5. Bake at 175 ° C top and bottom heat for about 15-25 minutes (every oven bakes differently, please note)
  6. Let cool and cut into corners.
  7. Then dip the corners or sides in chocolate icing, depending on your preference.
