- 1 avocado (s)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon sour cream, (can be omitted)
- some chives and parsley

- Cut the avocado lengthways and core. Then scrape out the light green pulp with a spoon and place in a bowl. Now finely mash the pulp with a fork. Finely chop the peeled onion and add to the mashed mass. If you like, you can add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, it will be creamier.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped herbs.
- The cream tastes best on crispy rolls.
