Instructions
- Cut the wiener and onion into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausage, onion and garlic. Add the bell pepper and shortly afterwards the sauerkraut.
- Deglaze everything with 600ml vegetable stock and add tomato paste. Let everything simmer for 30 minutes and season with the spices.
- At the end maybe add some tomato paste again (depending on how thick the sauce should be)
- Everything together has 10 p.
- This goes well with pasta, potatoes or potato dumplings, bread dumplings.
