Instructions

  1. Heat the almond leaves together with the sugar on a low flame so that the sugar caramelizes and the almonds turn lightly brown. Add the apples and fry everything together until soft.
  2. Put the apple and almond mixture in a bottle with a wide neck. Add the raisins, cinnamon stick, star anise, sliced tonka bean and sliced vanilla pod and pour up with the fruit schnapps.
  3. Strain after four weeks and, if necessary, add some rock candy if it is not sweet enough.
