Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with salt, pepper and nutmeg until foamy until it is ivory in color. Alternately stir in eggs and enough flour to create a soft dough that can be easily cut into dumplings with a spoon without flowing again.
  2. Put in boiling salted water and cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes, then let stand on the switched off hotplate for 10 minutes.
