Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and press them through the potato press. Knead in the egg and flour. Season with salt and nutmeg. Shape the dough into finger-length noodles with floured hands. Let these soak in plenty of boiling salted water for a few minutes (until they float on the surface, take them out and use them as you like. As a side dish, either like this or fried briefly.
