• 4 cl Aperol
• 150 ml bitter lemon
• some ice cubes
• 1 sprig mint
• ginger, fresh

Instructions

1. Put a few ice cubes in a wine glass, pour Aperol over it and fill up with bitter lemon.
2. Serve with a sprig of mint for even more freshness. Press the mint in your hand a little so that it gives off more aroma and pour it into the glass.
3. If you like, you can also add a slice of fresh ginger.
