Instructions

  1. Quarter and dice the apples. Stew with apple juice, 30g sugar, 1 sachet lemon flavor and raisins for 10 minutes, leave to cool.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, starch, remaining flavor, cinnamon and sugar. Cut the bread diagonally, soak in the egg milk, layer with 1 heaped tablespoon of apple compote in a flat, greased casserole dish (diameter 26 cm).
