Quarter the apples and then cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Put everything together in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the honey until the honey has completely dissolved. Then pour the dressing over the fruit and mix everything together well.
Then mix the sachets of vanilla sugar with the cream. This is then served as a sauce and served separately to the fruit salad in a jug.
