Finely grate the apples and carrots. Add the buttermilk, nuts and spices. Then add the flour with the baking powder and stir. Spread the dough over 8 muffin molds (silicone or a greased tray). Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes. Then place the mold on a damp kitchen towel and let it cool down. Then remove it from the mold.
