  1. Either fill the 12-cup muffin tin with paper cases or grease it with oil or butter.

  3. For the dough, first wash, peel and grate 1 large or 2 small apples. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cornstarch in a bowl and sift through once. Put both aside.
  4. Mix the yogurt, oil, sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in another bowl, then add the two eggs one after the other and mix well. Finally, carefully fold in the flour mixture and the grated apple.
