Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples and roughly. Peel and roughly cut the mango. Cook with the apple juice until everything is soft. Then mix with the hand blender until everything is finely chopped.
  2. Add the preserving sugar and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Caution, burns quickly!
  3. Pour hot into jars and close them tightly.
