Instructions

  1. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the mint leaves (keep some leaves for later) and let them steep for about 1 hour.
  2. Put the mint tea with the apple juice and the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it cook for 4 minutes and add the remaining mine leaves.
  3. Fill into jars and close.
