Ingredients
- 600 ml apple juice
- 1 handful mint leaves, fresh
- 150 g preservin suar 2: 1

- Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the mint leaves (keep some leaves for later) and let them steep for about 1 hour.
- Put the mint tea with the apple juice and the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it cook for 4 minutes and add the remaining mine leaves.
- Fill into jars and close.
