Apple Jelly with Nectarines

Apple Jelly with Nectarines Instructions

  1. Place the applesauce in a saucepan, dissolve the gelatin in it, let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a mold or silicone muffins. Chop nectarines into small pieces.
  3. After 30 minutes, heat the apple mass, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil!
  4. Add nectarines, stir.
  5. Pour into a mold or several molds, leave to cool at room temperature. Then put it in the refrigerator. In 2-4 hours, wonderful jellies are ready!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
