Jellied Charlotte with Apples

Ingredients

  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Apple – 2-3 Pieces
  • Wheat flour – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 10-20 grams
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. First, beat eggs with a mixer with vanilla and sugar.
  2. Then add flour in portions. Continue whisking until creamy.
  3. Then rinse the apples. Remove the skin and seeds.
  4. In a baking dish, cut the apples into medium pieces. Spread small pieces of oil on top.
  5. Then pour the dough over the apples.
  6. Bake the charlotte at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. The baked goods are ready!
