Charlotte with Cinnamon and Apples

Apple pie is a classic dessert. This is baked for tea, when guests are expected, if you want something sweet. I am telling you how to make charlotte with cinnamon and apples. Delicious and aromatic cake.

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

  • Apples – 5 Pieces
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Granulated Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to bake the cake.
  2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat them with granulated sugar, then add flour and vanilla extract, mix well.
  3. Wash the apples, peel them, then cut in half and remove the seeds, cut them into thin slices.
  4. Brush the bottom of a baking dish with a wedge of butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and place apples, then sprinkle with cinnamon again and pour in the cooked batter. Shake the shape.
  5. Send the cake to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
  6. Cool the finished pie before serving, then cut into slices and pour with butter, if desired.
