Charlotte with Grapes

Grapes are an unusual pie filling. Charlotte turned out to be tender, soft, and grapes gave it a sweet twist.

Ingredients

  • Seedless grapes (quiche-mish) – 160 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.75 cups
  • Flour – 0.75 cups
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Apple cider vinegar (extinguish soda) – 0.5
  • tablespoons
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 0.5 teaspoon

To prepare the form:

  • Butter
  • Flour

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes.
  2. Beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and increasing the speed of the mixer.
    Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the egg mass. Add cinnamon and nutmeg, stir. Add flour gradually, mix the dough until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the dough onto a greased and floured dish, place the grapes and add the rest of the dough on top.
  4. Bake charlotte with grapes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
