Chocolate Charlotte

For a family tea party or gatherings with colleagues, I suggest you bake a delicious homemade charlotte, but not ordinary, but with the addition of cocoa to the dough, the charlotte turns out to be chocolate. And as a filling – pears.

Directions

  1. Let’s get acquainted with the ingredients that are needed for baking a chocolate charlotte with pears (you can, of course, bake a chocolate charlotte with apples). We measure out the right amount of food.
  2. Sift the declared amount of wheat flour into a spacious bowl. Add baking powder, vanillin, and cocoa powder to the flour. Mix loose ingredients.
  3. Prepare the pear filling immediately. Peel and cut the pears into small cubes.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pears with cinnamon.
  5. Break eggs into a separate bowl and add granulated sugar. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer.
  6. Add the prepared flour mixture. We mix.
  7. The dough for the chocolate charlotte is almost ready. We shift the chopped pears into it. Mix again.
  8. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter. Pour the dough for the pear pie into a mold.
  9. We bake a chocolate charlotte with pears in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
