Ingredients

  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 liter milk
  • 80 g suar
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 kiwi (s)

Instructions

  1. Remove a little from the liter of milk and mix with the vanilla pudding powder and sugar. Bring the rest to a boil. Remove the milk from the hob, add the mixed pudding powder, place back on the hob and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly, then allow to cool.
  2. Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar and cinnamon together. Puree the bananas and fold into the quark. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in as well.
  3. Line a bowl with cling film and line with ladyfingers. Pour the cooled pudding alternately with the quark mixture into the bowl. Garnish with the sliced kiwi. Chill for at least 3 hours, then turn over, peel off the foil and serve.
