- 1 apple (organic)
- 250 ml carrot juice
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil

- Wash the fruit and rub dry. Peel the apple as you like - but it doesn`t have to be, share with the apple cleaver. Cut a little smaller. Halve the nectarines, remove the stone and roughly dice the pulp.
- Put all ingredients in the mixer and puree finely on the highest setting. Fill into two pretty glasses and serve immediately cold.
