cloves garlic, grated (optional!)

ml apple cider vinegar

g preservin suar

teaspoon ginger, ground

pinch cinnamon
Chilli pepper (s), finely chopped

Instructions
Bring everything to a boil in a large saucepan and cook for at least 1/2 hour. Stir everything well and pour into prepared jars, close immediately and place on the lid.
Tip: You can replace cinnamon and ginger with other spices of your choice!
