Prepare a kneading dough from wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg and butter. If the dough sticks, chill a little. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on a springform pan (28 cm), form an edge with the rest.
For the filling, prepare the pudding powder with the wine, apple juice, sugar and vanilla sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples, then add to the hot pudding mixture. Put everything on the dough and distribute it.
Bake in a preheated oven at about 170 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 - 60 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Loosen and remove the springform rim and refrigerate for another 3 - 4 hours.
