Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, wash the apple, quarter, core and cut into pieces, peel the bananas and cut into wide slices.
  2. Alternate the ingredients on skewers. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the oil and possibly a pinch of cinnamon, pepper. Brush the skewers with marinade or turn them in them and marinate covered for at least 1 hour.
  3. Salt the skewers and sear them briefly on the grill over medium to high heat, then grill on the edge of the wire rack over low heat.
  4. Serve with Asian sauce.
