Peel the banana and apples, cut into small pieces and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line the muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone liners.
Combine oil, egg, milk and sugar in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir until a smooth dough is formed. Now fold in the apple and banana pieces with a tablespoon. Pour the dough into the molds and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
