Make a shortcrust pastry from all the ingredients. Line the bottom and edge of a springform pan with the batter and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Filling:
Peel and scoop out the apples and place them on the cooled base (if you like, you can cut the apples in half - depending on how big the apples are).
Boil cream with sugar. Add vanilla pudding powder (without additional milk as required in the pudding powder instructions!) And pour hot over the apples.
