• 250 ml sugar syrup
• 375 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
• 375 ml calvados

Instructions

1. Mix liquids together and place in the freezer (takes a long time as the high alcohol content makes the freezing point very low).
2. Stir vigorously every 1/4 hour with the whisk until the mixture is frozen like a slush of snow, arrange in glasses and serve as an intermediate course.
