Instructions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into thin slices. Peel and grate the carrots and apples.
  2. Put the leeks, carrots and apples in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice, tartar sauce, oil and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Finally stir everything well again and let it steep a little. If you want something even smarter, you can add cheese, pineapple or nuts to the salad.
