- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tartar sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- some Milk
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- possibly cheese
- possibly pineapple
- possibly nuts

- Clean the leek and cut into thin slices. Peel and grate the carrots and apples.
- Put the leeks, carrots and apples in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice, tartar sauce, oil and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Finally stir everything well again and let it steep a little. If you want something even smarter, you can add cheese, pineapple or nuts to the salad.
