- 500 g beetroot, cooked
- 3 carrot (s)
- 2 apples
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including juice
- some salt and pepper
- sugar
- nutmeg

- Coarsely grate the beetroot. Clean and finely grate the carrots. Peel the apples, grate them roughly and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the onion into cubes. Finely chop the chives.
- Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, chives and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
