Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate the beetroot. Clean and finely grate the carrots. Peel the apples, grate them roughly and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the onion into cubes. Finely chop the chives.
  2. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, chives and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
