Ingredients

  • 1 small celery
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 2 thick apples
  • 2 small beetroot, raw
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip Balance (4.9% fat)
  • 3 tablespoon milk (1.5%)
  • 5 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. Melfor or red wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some Maggi, possibly

Instructions

  1. Peel the celery, carrots and beetroot, core the apples and peel if you like. Grate everything thinly in a food processor or by hand. Put in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix Miracel Whip, the spices, vinegar, milk and oil into a sauce and pour over the salad. Mix well and, if necessary, add a few spritzes of Maggi to taste.
