First peel the vegetables and apples quickly and grate them finely.
Mix with the lemon juice and a little sugar. Finally mix in some oil.
Make sure to let it stand in a cool place for a few hours, then the raw vegetables will be nice and juicy! It tastes particularly good the next day.
If you want, you can sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on top before consumption.
Another tip:
There are supposed to be people who cannot eat apples or carrots raw without being allergic to them - like me. But if the raw food is done, I can eat a lot of it without getting any complaints, maybe others feel the same way?
