  • 500 g carrot (s) / carrots / roots
  • 3 apples
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral vegetable oil
  • little sugar

Instructions

  1. First peel the vegetables and apples quickly and grate them finely.
  2. Mix with the lemon juice and a little sugar. Finally mix in some oil.
  3. Make sure to let it stand in a cool place for a few hours, then the raw vegetables will be nice and juicy! It tastes particularly good the next day.
  4. If you want, you can sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on top before consumption.
  5. Another tip:
  6. There are supposed to be people who cannot eat apples or carrots raw without being allergic to them - like me. But if the raw food is done, I can eat a lot of it without getting any complaints, maybe others feel the same way?
