Ingredients

  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 1 large date (s), without a stone
  • 1 large plum (s), (prune), without stone
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 ½ tablespoon seeds, (chia seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon flour, (coconut flour)
  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana, date and prune into small pieces and place in a bowl with the raisins, chia seeds, coconut flour and cinnamon. Pour the almond milk over it and stir everything well. Then cover and place in the refrigerator. Let it rest for at least 2 hours - better overnight. This pudding can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to 20 hours.
