Instructions

  1. Cut the banana, date and prune into small pieces and place in a bowl with the raisins, chia seeds, coconut flour and cinnamon. Pour the almond milk over it and stir everything well. Then cover and place in the refrigerator. Let it rest for at least 2 hours - better overnight. This pudding can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to 20 hours.
