Raw Food Hummus

Adaptation of an oriental chickpea snack. No heat treatment. It is very tasty to serve such hummus with vegetable sticks made from carrots and celery. The dish is ideal for unloading the body.

Cook: 8 hour

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas – 100 Grams
  • Sesame harvest – 1-2 Art. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 4 Art. spoons (unrefined)
  • Lemon juice – 4 Tbsp spoons
  • Coriander – 1/3 Teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt – To taste
  • Zira – 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Soak the chickpeas in water for 6-8 hours. Then rinse the chickpeas thoroughly in cold water.
  3. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  4. Taste the hummus and add more salt or pepper if needed.
  5. Raw hummus is ready.
