- Mix the chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water in a mason jar and leave to soak in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Cut the apple into wedges and steam until soft. Let the soft apple wedges cool down a little. Then peel off the peel and mash or puree the apple.
