Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water in a mason jar and leave to soak in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  2. Cut the apple into wedges and steam until soft. Let the soft apple wedges cool down a little. Then peel off the peel and mash or puree the apple.
  3. Finally mix the applesauce with the chia gel.
