• 500 ml apple juice
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
• 100 g suar
• 250 ml whipped cream
• 1 glass schnapps (fruit schnapps)

Instructions

1. Mix the pudding powder with a little water. Bring the apple juice and sugar to the boil, cook with the pudding powder to a thick cream and chill. Stir frequently. Mix the cream with whipped cream, refine with fruit schnapps and bring to the table in glass bowls with an ice cube each.
