Instructions

  1. Put the natural yoghurt with the chia seeds, cinnamon and honey in a bowl and stir well. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
  2. Cut the apple into cubes and after the yoghurt has rested long enough, add it. Mix everything well again.
  3. 220 Kcal per serving.
