Add the apple juice, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Add the vodka and stir well. Let cool for another 10 minutes, then pour into wine bottles with screw caps. Seal tightly and let mature for 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks, strain through a fine mesh strainer or tea strainer into a clean bottle.
