Instructions
- Wash the apples, quarter them, and remove the cores. Cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, applesauce, quark, and raisins. Mix well and season to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with top and bottom heat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface. If using a rolled sheet, gently unroll it.
- Cut the pastry into 10 cm squares.
- Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each square. Brush the edges lightly with water.
- Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly closed with a fork.
- Place the triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
