Instructions

  1. Wash, quarter and core the apples. Now cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, applesauce, quark and raisins and mix everything well. Season to taste and, if necessary, season again.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  5. Place the puff pastry slices next to each other on the worktop, if you have a roll, roll it out and place on a floured surface. (If necessary, work again lightly with the rolling pin)
  6. Cut the puff pastry slices crosswise in the middle, so that dough squares with an edge length of 10 cm are created.

  8. Put 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle of the puff pastry squares and brush the edges with a little water, egg will also work.
