Instructions

1. Beat the sweet cream until stiff. Fold in the apple jelly and cinnamon to sweeten and flavor. Grate the apples and stir in the cream.
2. Arrange in small glass bowls and dust with a little cinnamon.
3. For decoration you can use apple peel curls, very pretty from red apples.
